I ordered this for my granddaughter for her second birthday. It [...] did not take long for her daddy to assemble. It is very sturdy and the wood is nice looking (so much better than plastic!) I like that the set has 4 chairs so she can have her playgroup friends join her for a craft or snack. She loves having her own place to sit that's the right size!

Somewhat surpised when I opened the box, it looked great at first, but it is quite small. Box says 3-8 year olds on the outside, but 1-2 year old is more like it. Will keep for now, we should have been more vigilant about checking the sizes of the chairs, very short and not sure our 4 year old grandson will be able to sit there. Stylish, but small.

My two little grandaughters, both age two, but one will turn three in June were so excited and wanted to help put the set together. The set is sturdy and they seem to be very comfortable sitting there. I am very pleased with this selection.

Set is well-constructed and easy to assemble. As noted in previous reviews, this set is for toddlers. The chairs are small and easy for 2-3 year-olds to use.

This table and chairs set is very cute and identical to what is pictured. It seems to be pretty stable when assembled but I do need to call and order two broken parts. The wood is split on a couple of parts but the packaging info. does insist that KidKraft will replace broken parts so we will see. The age range is probably not very accurate though. My two year old will fit perfectly but I doubt an 8 year old would fit comfortably. It advertises the set for 3-8 years but it's very small. Overall, I am pleased with the purchase though.
