The rocker itself is pretty good my son is 5'8" and I wasn't sure if it would be a good size for him, but it is. I loved the colors. The price was awesome. My son loved the loud speakers. But the only problem we had was the plug. The plug messed up right away. I need to purchase another one, right now its only purpose is to sit on. He cannot plug it and use speakers that he so much loved.

It came with nothing more than the chair. Besides that, it isn't very comfortable, I'm 5'4' and the chair comes up to my neck. Back support wasn't at all what I thought it would be. And it even creaks a little. I'd be more okay with the chair if it came with all of the wires. But it didn't.

    My boys are 11 and 14 and they are way too small and too low for them. They have a large flat screen in their room so I thought they would be perfect but way too low, their legs are up in their chests. And to boot, Hayneedle won't accept returns bc its over 30 days. So keep that in mind as well.I will never do business with this site again.Lesson learned price [$] for two chairs.

      This was purchased for my 8 year old's birthday. He will absolutely love it! After it was delivered next day for free, I assembled it and it hooked up right away the first time. It gets PLENTY loud and the quality is there. He will get lots of use out of it. It seems that everything plugs in, there is no wireless capability. You will need an outlet (and possibly an extension cord) and the RCAs are included for the gaming system you choose. I hooked it up to the PS2 and it fired up right away. Great purchase.

      A little small and uncomfortable with less than impressive sound quality. Pay a little more for something nicer.

      Service and delivery comments:

      I was less than satisfied with how customer service handled my original return/exchange. When it was originally processed, I entered the product I wished to exchange for and by the time the return was completed , the price had gone up somewhat significantly and the original price at the time of the return notification was not honored. Not to mention the product I ultimately ended up exchanging for is far less comfortable and the sound quality is lacking. All in all not a great experience.

      Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
